There’s a line between bee in a protective and a stalker. I mean if I was the girl in this book I would have long ago dropped this group of friends because of him. I enjoy a good, strong, alpha male character, but this was a little bit much, and so obvious all of the time. Okay so first things to take from the blurb and put it into perspective after reading the book is that the Cade character and his ‘natural born protector’ bit get old very quick. I really appreciate this as a reader.īelow I’ve taken a screen shot of the authors blurb for this book. The writing style is very easy to follow and I like that every now and again she puts italic thought lines in, which is nice, it gives us the reader a deeper insight into the character, we can know what they’re thinking without anyone else knowing. Just finished reading the first of three (next two are yet to come) and I can’t wait for the next instalment! It’s one of those books where you need other books to fill the void that it’s left behind! I don’t think the author has done a lot? I only saw one other book available on Amazon from Yelden, but it looks like (she?) is building up a steady fan base! And they can count me in!
